Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong product…
We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
The buyer must Return item to us within 7 days
Return with proof of purchase
Item must be in original condition.
Excluded items:
✘ No returns on already opened products pack or used items.

Once the returns policy has been met, we’ll offer an exchange or refund on the spot.
Refunds
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.
